Nemiah Limited (Company No. 8577709), trading as cosmOS, is the data controller for personal data collected through cosmos.energy. Our registered address is Leigh Works, 116a Bradshawgate, Leigh, WN7 4NP.

What data we collect

• Contact information you submit via the demo request form: name, email address, phone number, organisation name.
• Analytics data (only with your consent): anonymised page view data collected via Google Analytics 4. IP addresses are anonymised.
• Technical data: browser type, device type, referring URL. This is collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) in server logs and is not linked to individuals.

How we use your data

• To respond to demo requests and contact you about cosmOS.
• To understand how visitors use our website and improve it (analytics — only with consent).

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required to deliver our services.

• Demo form data: legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry) and, where we send you marketing, your consent.
